The exterior of this 5-bed modern farmhouse plan is influenced by a barndominium. The massive covered front porch and long vertical siding of the barn-style curb appeal give it a modern, sleek feel.
The great room and kitchen are both visible from the inside, and there is space between them for a dining room table if you so choose.
On either side of the great room and in the master bedroom, there are barn doors. A vanity or a desk for a small home office can be placed in the master bedroom’s seating area. The master bathroom has two walk-in closets, two vanities, a separate whirlpool tub, and a tile shower.
The location of the other four bedrooms across the house maximizes your privacy. A jack-and-jill bathroom connects each bedroom to the next, which is great for kids! These bedrooms are connected by a living area that would be ideal for a game table and chairs or a playroom for young kids.
