Plan 67817MG

This little 2-bedroom house design has a covered front porch and a front entrance in the middle of the house. Inside, 9′ ceilings and pocket doors throughout the home offer a sensation of spaciousness and openness. The open floor concept allows for full-sized furniture and appliances. The living area is open to a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry and an eating bar that easily seats four.

The pocket doors that lead into the master suite and the guest room may be closed for seclusion or opened to give a big 5′ wide space. The walk-in shower in the master suite allows convenient access while also removing the need for glass door maintenance. The shower is almost 6′ long from end to end and can handle two shower heads. The master bedroom has a twin vanity, a huge walk-in closet, and an option plan with a larger walk-in closet. The concept is completed with a mudroom/laundry area and a full bath for visitors.
