Plan 9041PD

This wonderful European home plan’s round turret holds a semi-circular entrance on the ground floor and a delightful sitting area above it in the second-story family room. Despite its small size, it has the feel of a mini-castle. The entryway leads to the main living space, which includes a large living room with a tray ceiling and an optional fireplace.

The kitchen may be expanded to incorporate an optional breakfast nook with windows and doors on three sides. The dining room includes a tray ceiling as well as double doors that open out to the backyard. The master suite contains the same amenities as well as a private bathroom. If necessary, use the second-floor family room as a third bedroom.
