This 3-bedroom modern farmhouse features a large wraparound porch (10′ deep front and back), board and batten siding, a metal roof, and excellent curb appeal. The French doors open to reveal the vaulted great room (15’6″ ceiling height) with a fireplace on the left side and two sets of French doors leading to the back porch. The great room is open to the kitchen, which has a huge island, a walk-in pantry, and a double farm sink, as well as windows above that view out to the backyard.
The primary bedroom is on the right and features a huge walk-in closet as well as easy access to the laundry area. Steps outside the bedroom door lead to the porch. Two bedrooms across the house share a Jack and Jill bath. Stairs near the garage entry lead to the extra room (adds 700 square feet when done) with a full bath, which may be used as a fourth bedroom if necessary.
