You are going to want to break those babies out and try them right away, however it is important to know the application steps before doing so!
Younique Moodstruck 3d Fiber Lashes Application
If you are someone who normally curls your lashes, it is a good idea to do this first before the application of any mascara. After you curl your lashes you will start with the 3d fiber lash mascara. You will first do a generous coat of the transplanting gel, applying it much like you would any regular mascara. The next step is to apply the black fibers. A few tips with this step:
- Apply these directly after the transplanting gel while the gel is still wet.
- Wipe some fibers off onto the back of your hand to get some loose ones off the wand to avoid clumping.
- When applying these fibers DO NOT start at the base of your lashes. Start at the middle and out to the tip. This will avoid fibers falling into your eyes.
Once you have applied gel and fibers to one eye, let that eye dry giving the fibers a chance to adhere to your lashes. Move to the next eye and repeat the steps… gel then fibers. While that eye dries you can go back to the first eye and do a second coat of transplanting gel, then lastly back to the second eye with the gel.
This step of the transplanting gel is so very important!!! This is what seals the fibers to your lashes. If you do not apply enough gel you will have fibers falling onto your face throughout the day. This is a complaint that is fixed by applying enough gel during the sealing step.
So here’s the deal… This stuff is buildable!! You can repeat these steps as many times as you would like to get your desired length and fullness!! The results from using this Younique 3d fiber lashes mascara really is pretty incredible!
Is the 3d Fiber Lash Mascara Waterproof?
While the 3d fiber lash mascara is not waterproof it is water resistant. Unlike a regular non-waterproof mascara, this is not going to leave you with those scary black eyes and stripes down your cheeks if your face gets wet. Even after completely submerging your face in water will not cause this mascara to run.
How to remove the Moodstruck 3d Fiber Lashes
Some may question how easy the Younique Moodstruck 3d fiber lashes will be to take off at the end of your day. Just wash your face as you normally would. A little warm water, your face wash and some gentle rubbing is going to take this right off!
