This traditional farmhouse has been updated without losing any of its rustic appeals thanks to the addition of a modern kitchen, a master suite, and front and back porches. The gourmet kitchen features a large work island, a separate dining space, and a corner pantry measuring 4 feet by 4 feet. During the warmer months, you may make use of the deck outside the kitchen, perfect for grilling.

On the left side of the house, nestled out of the way from the rest of the living space, is the master suite, complete with a king-sized bed and a bathroom measuring 9 feet by 17 feet and one inch. Three other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and share a bathroom with four sinks and tub/shower combinations.

A separate storage area helps maintain the two-car garage neat and tidy. Adding the bonus room to your garage plan will give you an additional 439 square feet of usable space (found in the Options submenu).
