This three-bedroom modern farmhouse is small and affordable, with less than 1,800 square feet of heated space and numerous conveniences seen in bigger homes. The front porch has two dormers above it that improve the curb appeal and go to the attic rather than the first level. With 10′ ceilings throughout, the great room, kitchen, and dining are set up in an open layout to make the most of the space and allow for big family gatherings.
The kitchen’s big (3’8″ by 7′) island, walk-in pantry, and burner with built-in oven are all appreciated features. The back door is next to a large room that has lockers to assist keep the area organized. The main bedroom includes a 10′ ceiling, a spacious bathroom, a wide closet, and a massive custom shower. Two other bedrooms share the second bathroom across the house.
