This modern farmhouse house plan has a mixed color board and batten exterior with gables, a shed dormer, and timber accents giving it great curb appeal. It features a heated interior living area of 2,710 square feet and a 2-car, 532 square foot garage. As you enter, the foyer with a 20’1″ ceiling opens to the vaulted great room ahead and the dining room to the left, all of which have easy access to the kitchen.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room with fireplace, has a big island and a pantry. Unloading groceries is a snap because to the garage’s easy access from the kitchen and pantry. On the main level, there is a single bedroom that may be used as a home office if necessary.
