This lovely three-bedroom house plan combines southern charm and French rural elements. Exterior brick, shake siding accents, an arched, gabled porch, and a large entrance combine to provide a stunning curb appeal.

A peaceful study adjoins the entrance. A fireplace with surrounding built-ins can be enjoyed throughout the great room and kitchen, which is located in the center of this home. A large island provides enough room for dinner preparation.
