Plan 500066VV
This is the fourth home plan in our “Upstairs For The Kids” series (for two bigger variants, check plans 500034VV, 500032VV, and 500005VV). The foyer is entered through French doors and offers views that stretch back to the great room, which includes a fireplace on the back wall. French doors on your left lead to the study and the great room fireplace is flanked by identical pairs of doors as well.
The kitchen and dining area are combined to form one open space. The pantry in the kitchen provides enough storage, while the island provides informal seating, a prep sink, and a dishwasher. The master suite, located to the right, features a spacious walk-in closet, twin vanities, and a walk-in shower with two shower heads.
Two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack and Jill bath, while a third bedroom has its own private bath. The loft is a terrific place to hang out with friends, and the unfinished attic provides more space for growth.
