This rough mountain farmhouse plan offers a little over 2,100 square feet of heated living area on one story, with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a half bath. Stairs lead to an extra room that provides extension space over the garage. A covered porch 8′ deep gives shelter as you enter the residence through a set of French doors. Step through the entryway into the soaring great room with exposed beams and a big masonry fireplace. Sliding doors lead to the barbecue patio in the back.
The kitchen is divided from the great room by a huge island that spans between the two, providing space for up to five people. The rest of the kitchen provides plenty of counter space as well as space for a large stove. There is also a spacious pantry in the kitchen. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has windows on both sides.
