Accessible from three of the four sides, the area has a big, open vibe that welcomes visitors from all sides. Every time of day or night, you can host events on the covered patio. It has a refrigerator space, a sink, and a kitchen area with an integrated grill. A TV would look fantastic in the central decorative nook.
