On this one-bed Craftsman guest house plan, a big dormer is centered above the 6′-deep – 14′-deep when the recessed covered entry is included. It can be used as an ADU, a downsized house, or an income-generating AirBnB. French doors lead into the living room, which has an 8:12 pitch vaulted ceiling.
