Its floor design, which encourages open living rooms, offers several places to enjoy peaceful views and tastefully combines outdoor and indoor living areas. This house plan is quite appealing since it has front and back covered porches. You enter through a charming front porch and are welcomed by a domed foyer with views of the lodge room. The lodge room has a built-in fireplace, a vaulted ceiling, sliding doors that open to the rear terrace, and views of the backyard. The kitchen, which has a curving island with seats and a corner pantry, is open to the circular dining area and has a vaulted ceiling. A bedroom and bathroom on the main level are neatly hidden away off the garage, along with a powder room, laundry room, and locker space.
The master suite has its own private enclave with deck access and a pushed out seating area that provides windows and light.
