With an additional expansion above the garage, this 4-bedroom, 1-story house design offers you slightly over 2,600 square feet of living area. A covered entrance porch and traditional shake and board-and-batten siding are combined on the exterior. The office/flex room with fireplace is to the right of the entrance with high ceilings. The formal dining room is located to the left of the entryway and has high ceilings as well as a double window that looks out toward the front of the house. You enter via a second archway to reach the kitchen.

The great room, kitchen, and breakfast area are three of the busiest spaces in an open floor plan. The big room has a stunning boxed ceiling and a huge fireplace along the right side. The fireplace has built-ins on each side that are ideal for an entertainment system. The door leading to the home’s back screened-in grilling porch is located at the back of this area. A sizable island with four bar stools separates the kitchen from the great space. The breakfast area, which is next to the kitchen, has three windows that look out the back of the house and provides a great view of the grilled covered porch and the back of the house.

The master bedroom has two windows that look out the back of the house and a tall boxed ceiling that resembles the one in the great room. The master bathroom includes room for a double vanity, a free-standing tub, and a big glass shower with a bench. You have a lot of storage space thanks to a walk-in closet and a smaller closet. While Bed 4 has access to a common hall bathroom and a window that overlooks the front of the house, Beds 2 and 3 across the hall share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The laundry area leads to the master bathroom and offers hanging shelving over the washing and dryer hookups. The mud room, which you enter from the garage, aids in organizing debris. You can access the additional area above the garage via stairs, where you’ll find a half-bath and space to utilize any way you choose.
