This Exclusive contemporary farmhouse plan features three shed dormers on the front of the house, all of which are practical and admit light into the house. The front porch, at 6′-deep and 43′-8″-wide, gives you room for lots of rocking chairs.
French doors open to show a dining room with a 13′ tray ceiling and beams crossing in the center, as well as beams running front to back. There is a sizable island in the kitchen with enough workspace and room for four seats. The fireplace in the living room is visible from behind the island all the way across the house.
The rear porch is accessed by French doors. If you construct it in the correct environment, you may make this your outdoor living room because it is 12’10” deep, and includes a space for chairs, and an outdoor kitchen. A spacious walk-in closet, a tray ceiling that gives the room a sensation of space, and access to the laundry room are all features of the master bedroom, which takes up the whole left side of the house.
The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a Jack and Jill. There is a walk-in closet in each bedroom.
