This 1,800 square-foot, one-story, Traditional house design’s floor plan enables it to feel much bigger than it actually is. Just visitors are welcomed by an entryway inside from the covered front porch. 10-foot-high ceilinged hallway with views of the great room through three arched entrances. The fireplace in the great room is on the built-in window seats are placed on either side of the back wall.
The kitchen and breakfast area are right next to the great room and provide access to both a corner rear porch and a sizable covered porch that is just beyond the great room. With an angled island workspace and plenty of counter space, the kitchen is well-designed.
A mud room and laundry room located just off the kitchen aid to catch any debris brought inside from the house’s 3-car garage, which has a large tandem garage hidden behind one of the two garage bays.
The bedrooms are all located on the other side of the house, and the master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a big bay window seat. A walk-in closet, shower, and corner soaking tub are included in the master bathroom. Each of the walk-in closets in bedrooms 2 and 3 is located in the middle of a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
