Plan 33066ZR
This one-story home design with a split bedroom layout is ideal for empty-nesters or first-time homebuyers. The dining room, great room, and master suite all have tray ceilings, which give the space an aristocratic feel. The back covered lanai is accessed by two sets of double doors. There isn’t any underused formal space in this house; instead, the open floor plan makes the most of the vistas.
With deep overhangs that reduce solar glare, deep soffits in the living area through which cooling duct work runs, and other features, this home plan has super energy efficiency “designed-in,” so even without the addition of a solar array, the home routinely saves between 40% and 50% of power costs over a similarly-sized new home.
