This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, 1,650 square foot country home design has four pillars supporting the front porch. In the back, there is a second porch and a two-car carport that may be converted into a two-car garage by choosing that option from the Options menu. The great room, which is open to the dining room and kitchen beyond, may be accessed from the front entrance. The kitchen and great room have 10′ ceilings, while the dining room has a lovely 11′ tray ceiling.

There is a sizable walk-in pantry and an island with seating for three people. There is a window over the sink that provides views of the rear porch, which is only a few feet away. Your seclusion is maximized by the split configuration of the bedrooms. In the five-fixture master bathroom, there are two vanities and a walk-in closet. Two bedrooms are separated by a bathroom and a convenient linen closet across the house.
