Plan 16916WG

An L-shaped front porch, a side-entry garage, and a mixed-material exterior greet you as you enter this three-bedroom New American home design. You enter through French doors into the foyer (and also to the study). Views from the foyer continue to the vaulted family room and the lanai in the backyard, which is reached by two sets of French doors.

A spacious 4 by 8-foot island in the kitchen is accessible from the family room. The kitchen is user-friendly thanks to a walk-in pantry (6′ by 3′) hidden behind a sliding barn door just outside the garage entrance. Through French doors, the master bedroom provides direct access to the lanai. There are two potential layouts for the five-fixture bathroom, which leads to a sizable walk-in closet.

The 2-car side-load garage, which has a huge single garage door, conceals the utilities. You have 421 square feet thanks to the additional room’s stairs. ft. of additional area, if constructed (523 sq. ft. if you choose the 3-car garage option). The steps go under the ones going up in the basement version.
