In a single 2,288 square foot home with an extra-large 1,408 square foot 3-car drive-through garage, this house plan combines the greatest aspects of multi-generational and barndominium living. You have 672 square feet of shaded room to enjoy thanks to an 8′-deep porch that covers the whole front. Throughout the plan, the clerestory windows are open to the first level and serve their intended purpose. There, the ceiling rises to a total height of 23′ 8″. The slanted ceiling’s lowest point on the left side and in the garage is 15′ 9″. The slanted ceiling’s lowest point on the right side is 19′ 6″.
You get 1,408 square feet and two beds on the left side in a split arrangement along with an open concept great room and kitchen. At 880 square feet and a single bedroom with its own laundry, the right side has a similar open plan. Corrugated metal siding is specified as the outside finish.
