We scaled Exclusive house design 149001AND to fit a smaller budget while preserving the qualities that make the home a classic. The slanted 3-car garage leads into a large mudroom with a coat closet and a nearby powder bath. Views from the formal entry extend through the great room, onto the terrace, and beyond. The vaulted ceiling above the combined great room and kitchen adds to the sense of space.
The chef’s kitchen features a big island with seats for informal meals, as well as a pocket door that opens to expose the walk-in pantry nearby. The master bedroom is separated from the secondary bedrooms for maximum privacy and features a 5-fixture bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are the same size and share a hall bath.
