This striking modern Craftsman-style house plan features several gables that highlight the roof line. Panels of charcoal board and batten siding contrast with rough piled stone. A wide-covered entry greets your guests with a copper ceiling and lights. The foyer’s 13-foot ceiling reflects light from three transom windows. Sliding barn doors on the left provide entrance to the large study. A bar with a wine closet and a fridge for dispensing beverages is located immediately outside the lobby.
The space that wraps around the back-covered lanai is defined by open-concept living. Glass sliders open up the great room and dining rooms, making it ideal for entertaining both inside and out. The huge eat-at-island with seating for four is the focal point of the L-shaped kitchen. The built-in wall with fireplace and comfy seating space is the focal point of the large room.
The split bedroom layout isolates the owner’s apartment from one side of the house. The enclosed lanai is accessed by glass sliders. More transom windows at the front of the house illuminate the beautiful spa tub and shower. The owner’s suite is completed with double vanities and a large his and hers walk-in closet.
