Plan 2521DH
The 10′ ceilings, spacious front porch, and arched transoms on this traditional exterior serve as its focal points. This home, which is a more compact “hip” variant of house plan 2505DH, delivers terrific style in a nice size. This split-level home is perfect for families because it has four bedrooms. A bath is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. The fourth bedroom, which includes a complete bathroom, might serve as a home office. The great room has a French door that opens to the backyard terrace and a gas fireplace.
Between the breakfast area and dining room lies the kitchen. Meal preparation is facilitated with a high snack bar and a sizable pantry. Over the snack bar, glass front and back cabinets let light into the kitchen. A luxurious bathroom with two sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower is located in the master bedroom.
