Plan 370039SEN

With this two-bedroom house design, you get spacious rooms in a reasonably sized house. It has just 1726 square feet, but by finishing the basement as instructed, it might grow to be a 4-bedroom, 3-bath house.

The great room, which has a vaulted 11-foot ceiling and is open to the kitchen and dining room, is reached from the entryway. You may access the covered patio through a door on the rear wall, which is located to the left of the windows.

The master bedroom is on the left, Bed 2 is on the right, and the laundry is in the middle but out of the way. Once the bottom level is finished, there will be a recreation area with a wet bar, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a second laundry room.
