This New American house plan, which is only 40′ wide, is ideal for both a larger piece of land and a narrow or in-fill site. It has beautiful curb appeal thanks to the board and batten siding on the gables, a stone skirt, and a large 2-car garage door. Along the left side of the house are bedrooms.
