This three-bedroom rambler home design is best suited for a sloped land and features a clapboard siding, shake, and stone exterior. This opens up the bottom-level family room and third bedroom and offers the gaming room access to the backyard. An open-concept floor plan awaits you inside, with the dining room on your right and the den (or bedroom) to your left. Through the wall of windows up ahead, you can see the great room and the backyard.
The kitchen and dinette area is accessible from the great room, which contains a fireplace. The spacious kitchen island has seating for guests as well as access to the terrace and screen porch.
