Plan 4122WM
The front porch of this typical country house layout is covered and is 8 feet deep by 50 feet broad plus 13 feet on either side. A screened porch is flanked by two covered porches, each measuring 20’2″ by 8′” (167 square feet) and boasts a 14-foot-tall slanted ceiling. The master bedroom has its own private entrance to one of the back patios and features a walk-in closet and a bathroom with five fixtures.
A formal dining room with built-in cabinetry and a study that might double as a fourth bedroom can be found off the spacious entryway. There is a nice symmetry between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gas fireplace doesn’t require a chimney because it is ventless.
The second floor features a 272 square foot additional space that could be used as a game room in addition to two bedrooms with walk-in closets that share the third bathroom. The stair is transformed into a closet in the slab and crawlspace layouts.
Plan 52269WM (at 2,796 square feet) and Plans 52304WM (3,597 square feet) and 52285WM (at 2,796 square feet) are similar (1,938 square feet).
