With this beach home plan with a third-story outlook, you can make the most of your beach living lifestyle. This layout, which is built on a post and pier foundation, is intended to bring you closer to the shore. The outside hurricane shutters not only look amazing but also give protection from the weather.
The main level has a well-thought-out floor plan. The great room is connected to the kitchen, which has a walk-in pantry and a wide cooking island. The Great Room is warmed by a fireplace and provides stunning views of the ocean. Two bedrooms share a centrally positioned hall bathroom on the main level as well.
