This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom contemporary farmhouse plan features a 10-foot-deep front porch and a pair of French doors in the home’s central hallway. The property has great curb appeal because of its symmetrical front facade and its two gables that frame the shed dormer and let in light and air for the loft above.

There is an 11’6″ ceiling in the main “grid ceiling. The focus of the room is drawn to the right wall, which features a fireplace framed by built-in shelving. You can enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living thanks to the disappearing rear wall. There is an enormous island in the kitchen (at least 8 ft “x 4′) and a pantry with a door you can open. The pantry is located adjacent to the garage door, making it convenient for unloading goods.
