Shingles, clapboard, brick, gables, and a covered porch are all included in this special, 5-bedroom, modern farmhouse layout with approximately 4,600 square feet of heated living area. The entrance leads to the open floor plan, which combines the great room, breakfast nook, and kitchen into one entertainment space. The collapsible wall is a focal point, bringing the outdoors in.
Your kitchen features a wide island that seats up to six people. The butler’s pantry, which links the kitchen to the dining room, and a spacious walk-in pantry give plenty of storage. The breakfast area’s French doors lead to a bigger covered patio with an outdoor kitchen. The main level is completed with a spacious laundry room, mudroom with built-ins, and a pleasant living area off the foyer.
There are two divisions on the second floor.
