This modern exterior is a front-and-back window-filled transitional farmhouse layout. It has 3,092 square feet of heated interior space, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and room for extension in the basement.
The kitchen, which connects to the dining room and great room with a fireplace, features a spacious pantry (5’10” by 9’6″) and a big island that is 4’6″ wide and 10′ deep.

You can live indoors and outside thanks to the great room’s rear wall, which opens to the covered patio.
The entire right side of the house is taken up by a private owner’s room with views to the back, a large walk-in closet with two parts, two vanities, a large shower (6’6″ by 4’8″), a spa tub, and a private toilet. A guest room close to the entrance features a walk-in closet and a shower.
