Plan 81039W
The origins of this home layout may be traced back to George Washington’s majestic Mount Vernon. Curved galleries lead to matching wings in this one-of-a-kind design. The living and dining rooms in the main home give a huge open area with access to the rear porch for extra entertainment opportunities. A fireplace with a built-in wood box and a pass-through to the kitchen may be found in the keeping room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace.
Separate guest accommodations with a complete bath, a sitting space, and an upper studio are located in one wing. This section may be constructed as a gaming room with a spiral staircase and a loft area if desired. The second level over the garage on the other side of the home can be utilized for storage or as a hobby space.
