This 3- to 4-bedroom Modern Farmhouse layout features 9′ ceilings throughout. All of the windows on the second story work (from left to right, the first window opens to bedroom 3, the second to the bathroom, and the third to the bonus room which gives you 321 square feet of potential expansion space if built out). Flex space to the left of the entry foyer may be utilized as a study or a bedroom. The back of the house features an open floor plan that includes a great room, kitchen, and dining room. Light pours in from the windows along the back wall.

The great room, adjacent kitchen, and bayed dining room are all warmed by a fireplace. The kitchen has an eating bar on the island, twin sinks, a dishwasher, and a pantry closet.
