In this 3-bed Exclusive contemporary home plan, all of the activity is centered towards the back. The back, which appears unassuming from the street, has a huge “wow!” effect with lots of windows and outdoor areas on two stories. The entry porch’s French doors open to expose an open floor layout inside. The living room opens into the kitchen, which features a huge island with a sink and dishwasher on the working side and seating for a large number of people on the living room side.
