This 40′-wide modern farmhouse plan features 3 bedrooms wrapped in a lovely exterior with clapboard siding, board and batten in the gable peaks, and ornamental brackets, making it ideal for your limited lot. The open floor layout welcomes you inside. Your home office sits off the entryway and provides you with a terrific work-from-home environment. With a complete bathroom just feet away, this room might also serve as a guest bedroom.

The kitchen and eating area can view the fireplace on the left wall of the great room. The spacious kitchen island (3’6″ by 9′) is ideal for preparing fast meals and hosting small family gatherings.
