This design is the ideal holiday house since it fits everything possible into a compact space. You may enter the bottom level foyer through the elevator and plenty of storage from the drive or garage. The daily living space, which includes the kitchen, an extra guest suite or office, and dining, is located on the second story. The large window that leads you out under a covered porch to the pool and sun terrace is my favorite feature of this floor.
The third floor is where people sleep. The laundry room and mechanical closet are next to two extra bedrooms with a common bathroom. The master bedroom, which faces the water, has a soaking tub, his and her vanities, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. Any type of space is possible for the optional extra room in the attic, including a gym, kids’ hideaway, bunk room, or studio.
