Plan 135075GRA
This luxurious Barndominium-type house plan (stick-framing) has board and batten siding that resembles the ribbed metal roof on the exterior; this form of architecture is sweeping the countryside of the country. The 1,480 square foot garage is located on the right side of this plan and features a powder room, a huge overhead door on the front elevation, and a barn door on the back. The living area is surrounded by a wraparound porch and leads to an eat-in kitchen, making it the ideal space for entertaining.
On the main floor, the master bedroom has a tile shower in the bathroom that is also a shortcut to the laundry area. The second and third bedrooms, which share a full bathroom, are located upstairs along with a huge loft. Cement board siding with a 24″ vertical board and batten is the exterior finish specified.
