This beach home plan has almost 2,100 square feet of living area on one level and is built on stilts to prevent flooding. To fully appreciate the outdoors, the living areas are situated around a deck that is partially covered. To facilitate a smooth transition between the kitchen and terrace area, the eat-in kitchen has huge sliding doors.
A large living area with a corner fireplace and lots of natural light is located close to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an adjacent bathroom with four fixtures.
