Plan 68760VR

This modern mountain home plan offers a lovely home in a cost-effective package by combining a square footprint’s simplicity with a modern presentation, including a cable-rail deck, slanted roof, and mixed materials. On the main floor, there is a two-car garage with additional storage. On the ground level, there is also a bedroom and bathroom.

The second floor has large windows all around it, creating a bright, open area with a vaulted roof. Open to one another, the family room with fireplace and kitchen lead out onto a large balcony. The family room’s ship ladder leads to a 200-square-foot artist’s loft, which may be used as a sleeping area or versatile workspace.

Five people may sit at the wraparound kitchen countertops, and an adjacent pantry closet adds further storage. The master bedroom includes in-suite laundry as well as a sizable walk-in closet. It’s a great touch that the bathroom includes two vanities and two linen closets.
